In order to finalize your reservation, all fields must be completed, and you must acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with the Release of Liability and the Tour Inclusion & Conditions statements. Incomplete forms cannot be processed.

Our online form supports reservations of groups up to six (6) persons; if you are reserving for a larger group, you must make your reservations by phone, fax, email, or postal mail.

I am providing the following payment to secure this reservation: Number of participants × $300 = Minimum Deposit Due, or I am paying the full amount of the tour (available only for tours booked less than three (3) months from departure).

Credit Card Data




I am aware that final payment is required no later than three (3) months before departure, and that 4Winds Specialty Tours will deduct the second payment from the credit card above on the due date if 4Winds has not received final payment by four (4) weeks prior to departure.

I am aware that prices quoted are based on the value of the Euro against the dollar, and that as long as the second payment is not received, I may consider prepaying the entire tour balance, so as to prevent any unforseen price increases, for which I will be responsible.




I WANT & ACCEPT cancellation insurance.

I REJECT cancellation insurance. I have read the cancellation policy under Tour Inclusions & Conditions, and I understand that tour cancellation includes penalty payments. I also understand that many health insurors do not cover or prepay foreign hospital stays, and I will risk not being treated in a foreign hospital until I can transfer the required monies to the foreign country.


Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that before, during and the trip I am reserving, under the arrangements of Carlson Wagonlit Travel of Richland, and its agents or associates, certain risks and dangers may arise. These risks and dangers include, but are not limited to, travel by air, boat, bus car, train, walking, cycling or other means; the hazards of traveling in mountainous terrain; civil unrest; terrorism; forces of nature; and accidents or illness in remote places without medical facilities.

I am also aware and clearly understand that Carlson Wagonlit Travel of Richland and its agents and associates will have no liability regarding the adequacy of any medical care that may be provided.

In consideration of, and as part payment for the right to participate in this trip, including the activities, food and services provided and arranged for me by Carlson Wagonlit Travel of Richland and its agents or associates in connection with this trip, I have and do hereby assume all of the above risks and hereby release and discharge Carlson Wagonlit Travel of Richland and its agents and associates from all claims, actions, liability or demands for damages resulting from my participation in this trip. The terms hereof shall serve as release and assumption of risk for my heirs, executors and administrators, and all members of my family, including any minors accompanying me.

I have carefully read this agreement and fully agree with and understand its contents. Furthermore, by applying my electronic signature hereto, I confirm that all parties accompanying me, specifically those listed above, have also read, understand and fully agree with this statement.

Tour Inclusions & Conditions
Reservation/Payment/Cancellation: A deposit of $300 per person is required to hold space on a tour. Final payment is due 90 days prior to depature. The deposit plus any down payments, minus a $200 administrative fee, can be refunded until 120 days prior to departure. For cancellations between 119-60 days of depature, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations between 59-45 days of departure, charges from suppliers may be withheld from final payment. For cancellations of less than 45 days from depature, no refunds are provided.

Carlson Wagonlit Travel of Richland strongly recommends that you purchase cancellation insurance. Cancellation policies for boat rentals are different, please ask for details.

Cancellation Insurance: Trip Cancellation & Interruption protection will be offered by Carlson Wagonlit Travel of Richland (premium varies with age of clients). If client denies coverage, client MUST inform Carlson Wagonlit Travel of Richland and sign a release form.

Responsibility: Carlson Wagonlit Travel of Richland (hereafter referred to as "CWT") and the tour operators responsible for the land portion of the tours (hereafter referred to as "The Companies") make arrangements for the tour services offered in these special itineraries, including transportation, sightseeing and hotel and barge accommodations. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing our tour services are independent contractors, not agent employees or servants of, or join ventures with, CWT & The Companies or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by CWT or The Companies are subject to the Terms & Conditions specified by the supplier, and to the lass of the countries in which their services are provided.

If arrangements for the provision of comparable services will be made, any resulting savings will be refunded to the tour participants. CWT & The Companies reserve the right to accept or reject and person as a tour participant, to make changes in the itinerary whenever deemed necessary for the comfort, safety or convenience of tour participants, and to cancel the tour at any time. If a tour is cancelled, CWT & The Companies shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid for the land portion of the tours.

Tour participants agree that CWT & The Companies shall not be liable for any damages, loss (including personal injury, death and/or property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person. No person, other than CWT & The Companies, by document in writing, is authorized to very, add or waive any term or condition in regard to the special tour program, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
